To meet these challenges, SPT are launching a series of short butcomprehensive online courses, initially in sales but to be joined by customer supportand management modules. With online you can go through the course when andwhere you want and because the trainer doesn’t have to be there and there’s notraining room, costs can be brought down significantly. There are options for thosewho like to attend and work with a trainer and others, these follow on from theonline courses and are much shorter and cost effective than a traditional approach.
