WHO’S IT FOR? (At present the follow on courses are only available in the UK)
For those who have completed all or most of the online modules and want to reinforce these with role-play exercises, and work through how to incorporate the techniques into their own style.  This will be done with other (no more than three) delegates, and a trainer experienced in sales, sales management and training.


Because each delegate will have completed the online courses, each delegate will already have a thorough understanding of the topics before they come to the follow on course, allowing the course to be role-play based.  Each delegate is sent pre-course material encouraging them to develop one or more role-plays using their customers and markets.  This is then used as the basis for role-playing on the day with one of the other delegates or the trainer playing the customer role.   The follow on course is therefore very practically orientated, with the techniques tailored to match the individual’s market, specific customers, and own sales/presentation style.
